Our company was founded in 2001 and is now the largest cast iron workbench production base in China. It is the largest in the same industry in Botou City. It is a professional company engaged in casting, machining and machine tool matching. Currently it has many employees and produces over 100 tons of cast iron annually. In the large furnace section, technicians and experienced craftsmen have formulated and perfected a strict and mature process for post-furnace batching and pre-furnace molten iron incubation and evolution processing for various grades of castings through long-term scientific practice, laying the foundation for accurately achieving the materials of various grades of castings. With a solid foundation, the heat treatment workshop has two drying kilns and one annealing kiln, an advanced vibration aging machine, a well-standardized physical and chemical room and material testing machine, as well as rapid testing equipment and means in front of the furnace to quickly adjust the molten iron. It provides a reliable guarantee that the content of various elements meets the requirements of the grade material.
Our company is now divided into two factory areas: the east factory area is the foundry area, which can produce up to 100 tons of castings of various grades per month. It also has resin sand casting, full mold casting, and high-grade casting, and can undertake single-piece castings not exceeding tons. Castings and non-standard products can be customized according to customer requirements. The west factory area is a heavy-duty machining workshop. The machining equipment includes: CNC milling GBr, CNC boring machine&T, large boring and milling machining center, .meter gantry planer, .meter gantry planer, gantry milling, gantry planer, .meter end milling machine, drilling machine, etc. More than ten units.
